what kind of enclosure have you orderd may i ask,you have to be real carefull with tunisians as they are realy delicate to handle and often get respitary infections if the slightest thing stresses them out,the temperatures are a big factor also they have to be spot on as they can get RI were did u get them from? you mentioned a reptile shop in ur post, did u get them from there,YOU NEED CERTIFICATES to BREED ,if you got them from a shop they should havegave u certs for them i would go back and complain,as you have varied the females to the male you still may need seperate enclosure for the male when he gets bugger as he ay bully the girls when he becomes sexual mature,
tank is fine for now untill you get a table sorted for them,i wouldnt use the heat mat tho i would get clip on lights and use a normal spotlight bulb.
what veg are you feeding? as this is not allways ideal.a little carrot is fine grated into their food its a gr8 wormer also, pellets i personally dont like them,i tried with my hermans and they wouldnt eat them,i feed alteast 70%weeds and 30% florette lettuce mix from supermarket if i cant top the other 30% with weeds.
u should use a calcium supliment like lime stoneflour or nutrabal or calypso cricket dust this is goos also
another idea get some cuttle fish the stuff u give budgies and put it in their enclosure they will get calcium from this also

I dont know anything about Tunisians im afraid but one thing has stood out from your post. If you dont want to breed them later on then you will have to keep the male seperate....although this is along way off if they are only babies.

They sound lovely...congrats and welcome to RFUK.
