Default Maudes new table

A big thanks to ALL of you who offered me advice yesterday,
I was really worried........good news it she has new table and the lamps is not near the sides,bad news is shes still climbing the sides,

Have to face up to having Maude Knievel

Anyway heres her new home,which she is trashing as I post grrrrr

I made up the bookcase with NO dramas



Pond liner,not as flexible as I'd hoped,but got there in the end



the finished table woo hoo...............I did that



AN exploring Maude




SOOOOOOOO how does it look?

Absolutely brill.

At least if she tips near the sides now she won't be stuck under the heat lamp.

(I logged in especially to see it during my lunch break as I had a sneaking suspicion there would be a pic of it on here ).

Yes unfortunately Maude MK1 will be retiring in feb.June at the latest,up to the big BMW manufacturer in the sky....
So in honour of her,my tort baby became Maude MK11

That looks great Sam - I dont think you will ever stop worrying about her when your out - I am lucky I work perminent nights at the moment so someone is always around.

If I do go up to see my son in Cardiff for the day I always leave the key with a friend/neighbour and he checks on them a couple of times while I'm gone.

You wouldn't think that getting a tortoise would be such hard work !!!
