Default what to feed my horsfeild ?

just ordered some seed mix from shelled worriors which i clearly will need time to grow but now that the winter is setting in and our little tortoise is not getting out side as much (hardly at all) so now he is in winter residance of his tort table i was wondering whats best to give him ? we have been told that fresh water cress and pastly is ok with some finely sliced corshette (sp) and grated carrott and some times i manage to find a few dandiloin leaves to . is there any other things he could have which i can buy from the supermarket to varie his diet ?

I'm still managing to feed all our tortoises, as well as 15 adult bearded dragons and lots babies with the dandelion leaves I can find... we have a number of people's garden's who I pillage them from, it might be worth cultivating friends, family members and neighbours and seeing who's garden needs a trimming!
