Default Fruit

I need to understand the science behind fruit upsetting the gut flora...so if someone can give me an outline then I can run at it...so to speak...

Here is a quote from the site link, I haven't read it fully but it seems to cover the topic

Sorry I should have been clearer.....i get it so far...but I need an indepth explanation for what gut flora are present normally...how fruit changes this and how long the imbalance is there for if not corrected...and how to correct it...

Interestingly the article says MAY lead to health problems??
