Just want to endorse the recommendation to C J Hall in East Sheen, they are first class. Absolutely know their stuff. Bizarrely I am fostering a tortoise from another part of the country upon whom they did a shell reconstruction 11 years ago following a fox attack.

In the North Yorks area we are lucky to have excellent all round rep vets Andrew Forsyth and Matt Brash (of "zoo vet at large" fame). Both practice out of Battle Flatt vets in Pocklington, Stamford Bridge and Strensall.

pilgrim veterinary fydell street boston lincolnshire pe21 0ld 01205366892 alistair is great with tortoises as he owns his own sophie is the reptile vet theare i can highly recommend these guys ,when i took george on at a year old he only weighed 45g he had never had uv and been kept on newspaper,he had shell rot and wasnt in a very good way. 6 months on george is a happy little tortoise alistair helped me get the shell rot under control.
