Default Leopard or Spur thigh tort help please

Hi im looking into getting a leopard tort or a spur thigh tort, i would like to ask you guys if you think its the right tort for me. I have a grass patch of about 15'x15' that i could roam about in the day and wondering could i just put it into a hutch (when small) and shed (when large) Would it be ok with the english weather. Im not againsed tort tables but with a tort that gets so large i would want it to be free roaming. I know feeding aspects etc i was just wondering if it would be ok. Also i would be getting quite a small one at maybe 4" would it be ok outdoors so small? Also would i have to bring it in, in the winter because that would effect my plans.

Thanks

Would a leopard tort be ok indoors (taking daily trips outside). Its about 3x3' and i will add a UV tube and heat lamp and obv a place to hide etc. Would that be ok until its bigger? Maybe until next spring? i can always upgrade if it gets to big by then.

leopard tortoises are tropical tortoises so they need to be inside for most of the time making occasional trips outside when its hot.

yeah that should be ok for a baby one for a while

if you don't feed them every day they take ages to grow and 3' square would be fine. Leopards are easy because they can be fed on grass and hay which makes the one of the cheapest tortoises to keep and they don't grow as big as sulcata's. I love my leopard they are probably the most beautiful of the exotic species.

Start turning my bedroom into a tort enclosure now then lool. when its big enough it can spend days walking about the house when its colder for some exercise as it wouldnt be nice to just be left in a tort table all day.
Thanks for the help andy
