Unhappy *Crys*

well i have saved a red eared terrapin from this guy she havnt been looked after and i have got her here with me but sadly i cant keep her coz she is too big, but the good side is that she is going to a good home this week. im happy about that, but i have become attach to her she dont have a name but im starting to love her but i cant. on tues im getting her old tank from the guy and putting her in there till the next day wes when she going to the good home but i will miss having her there so i was thinking about getting 1 terrapin but a small breed that will love bring in a tank with land and water the only thing is you cant do much with terrapins, i was thinking a common musk turtle coz terrapins are winning my heart but if i dont get a turtle what would be nice to go in a big tank with no lid ill have to make a lid.
could anyone give me info on common musk turtle.
thanks

i think it is 3-4ft long and 2ftdeep and the high about 2-3ft it housed a adult female red eared terrapin so it is big.
i think ill put glass pieces in gule them and have Tarantula in there it would be a nice set-up but if u got any other ideas that would be great.
how offent do terrapins eat coz ibeen feeding the one i got everyday a bit of food like 5 crickets some mealworms and her normal Terrapin food.

If it is 4 foot, why not get a red eared slider? You liked them didnt you? And by the time he is big enough, you could have a new tank if needed.

a 4ft tank will only do a slider for a few years, if u want a turtle that stays small try a mud turtle or loggerhead they stay bout 4inch, but good luck findin one in the uk.
