Default Tortoise Tables???

I went in the new B&Q last week to get some conti-board. But being a huge new super B&Q they have only white conti-board and I will take them 3 weeks to get other colours if I want them. So what other materials have people used to make tortoise tables for inside? Could people also add pictures of their tables? thanks

PS. i looked in wicks but their board is quite thin.

a few people use those huge indoor rabbit hutches. dunno if that's an option for u? I know someone who keeps her hatchlings in a huge drawer out of an old chest of drawers unit.

My tort table is solid pine, floor as well as i wasn't sure if the MDF/Conti-board would hold with all the weight of the substrate..probably would have done but just wanted to be on the safe side

(PS for those that wish to mock mine n the other halfs foolishness. I moved in yesterday to new house, tort table on a wall mounted table..and today as i was gettin the torts out to take em outside (supervised as enclosure aint done at this addy yet) the bloody wall-table went.so i now have tortoises on my pc desk lol )

Slight change to it as in he has a little wall now between him and his lamp as he kept climbing on it and turning the lamp off!!!

I used 19mm planed pine for the sides and 12mm exterior ply for the base, the substrate is very heavy and the base needs to be pretty substantial otherwise it'll drop out under the weight, I screwed and glued mine in place. The whole thing is varnished inside and out with several coats of Ronseal Quick Drying Floor Varnish (water based).
