that sounds like it was directed at me, I never complained about anyones advice which was given to me, I was just asking advice & now feel like Im being got at & made not very welcome atall. If I wasnt atall interested in the welfare of my new tortoises I wouldnt have asked for advice....

I wasn't have ago at any one person, i was just making the point not everone will deliver advise in the same way, but as long as its good advise and the best for you and your tort, thats should be the most important thing!

At the end of the day don't get mad at how it is given, because the person giving advise still cares enough to help you and your tort

Andy was right in the spelling and also the pronunciation is Tough or Tuff.

no you pronounce the word tuff, you spell it Tough...if u pronounced it how it's spelt it'd be something like tow-u-g-h. Anyways I digress.lets stick to the OP thread and stop hijacking it, just coz someone felt the need to correct anothers spelling..like that's important!

When I read the original post I got the impression this member already knew alfalfa was bad for tortoises when she/he (sorry I'm not sure if your m or f) bought it and couldn't understand why it was bought......it just seems a waste of money thats all.
