Hi Sue,
Well done for taking her in and away from a terrible life of a viv There is no reason why she should not grow more now she has a proper home and diet but if you get really concerned take to a expert vet, to give the once over! This sight is one of the best for help and they have a list of very good vets;Tortoise Trust and they have a forum;http://pets.groups.yahoo.com/group/t...etrust/:smile: Hope that helps you and again well done for saving her ![]() Rachael |

Hi Racheal, it was in fact posted on our school notice board that the totoise was for sale..so she cost me £160 to get her away from that awfull life, but she is a darling and worth every penny. I did take her to my vet on the day I got her and he declared her fit, but advised me not to hibernate her this year but was unsure about growth etc.
Thanks for your reply, Sue x |

7inches is far too large for a four year old tortoise. See here for a guide as to what size they should be Tortoises
