Default Worms

Hi there does anyone know what size of magnification need to be used to enable the identifying for parasite worms in tortoise poo, i have a young tortoise and if i can identify when he needs to be wormed then it should save him a great deal of stress every 6 months instead of taking him to the vets, (or save me time and cash by not taking a sample there in person)

You don't need to take your tortoise to the vets for them to look at a poo sample just drop one in and tehy can ring you with the results. If your vet does not offer this then i know of a good vet you can post a sample to and it will cost about £10.
