The Law
HI I just wondered if enyone knows the a bit about this? I have three hermanns tortoises and I am moving to ireland in a few mouths. what is the law on this with the cites? can I take them out of the U.K ?

Ive no idea but im sure you would be able to - as someone has already mentioned if you get in touch with defra then they are very helpful and will answer n e quieries you have!

You should be able to take them but you will need to apply for and export/import liscense. I had to do it to pick mine up from Jersey. I would allow them plenty of time to get the papers though it took them about 7 weeks to sort mine out! Hope this helps!
