Hi,

That is a very good question and one that has me thinking, how long have you got before you need the info while i try to do some research?

It won't be easy, and here' an article to give you a clue why, in this one article a dealer states he can get 5,000 torts a year, so i don't know if they could get exact numbers;
Tortoise Trust Web - Illegal Imports

Hope that helps

I recon you should maybe try asking DEFRA I had a tort that was from slovenia and he died from a suspected bacterial disease which I believe he caught whist being shipped over here, I had to send his certificate back to let them know he had passed and I had to put a note with the certificate to say I was sending the certificate because he had died and I put his cause of death so I guess others will put cause of death too.
