Thanks Phoebe. I dont think it's hemp it looks to me like the middle part of a dandelion leaf if that makes sense, it's only semi digested

Aw bless it.........the undigested food might just be down to stress of travelling, not saying you did it wrong, far from it............but moving house is stressful for torts as well as humans <g>, give them a few days to settle in and see if it loosens off, pop a bit of oil on it just before every bath......they are more likely to use the bath as a toilet and the extra lubrication might help to get it out. Is the cloaca stretched at all or is the leafy bit just dangling?
If you at all worried about it, ring Shirl and ask her advice.

No it doesn't look stretched, as more comes out I snip it off to try and make it more comfortable. At the rate it's going I think it should be ok by tonight/tomorrow(the leaves weren't that long). I feel so helpless .
