There are several russian breeders so perhaps a hatchling would be more readily available. You could also put yourself down on the TT adoption list and keep you eyes peeled for any that come up........they do, just not as often as other species and are usually in demand.

Hope I haven't burst your bubble and good luck, one tort is NEVER enough
Lol - very true Phoebe, my inbox went into melt down when I listed three females !!

I think the queue for those russians was as long as the one outside Northern Rock

Katie, any chance you could post of pic of the tail area of your two, they might be big enough to sex ........ although russians are one of the hardest to sex, they can look female for years then overnight you realise she's a he <g>

ah Fair enough, lol was wondering for a minute. fed on the correct diet so that's a start. Might phone them up just to enquire. as to whether they have any inclination as to whether it's male or female

certainly wouldn't want the viv tho.bleurgh lol..altho i could borrow that for a snake :P

[EDIT] Do the pics help to clear anything up? or are they just more confusing lol.sorry for my shoddy photographic skills.
