Question weed

hi
does anyone know what this weed is ??
im not very good at weeds and flowers



its just we have an abundant amount in the garden and wanted to know if its safe for the torts to eat , it has lovely pink flowers too

Amenity Weed Identification

It might be an actual flower and not a natural weed.

Sorry, I'm really not very good at plant identification but it's very pretty.

thanks for that , doesnt seem to be on there , i was told it was a weed and i regularly pull it all up and get rid but it is nice looking so thought i would transfer some into the rear garden for when the torts go out but didnt want them eating something they shouldnt lol

It may well be shamrock, if it is? my adult torts avoid eating it...T.T.

Its called oxalis - no idea if its edible but I'd guess not as I've never seen in a list of safe plants

It's an oxalis and as the name suggests high in oxalates and therefore unsuitable.
