Torts need to be chipped if you intend selling them or breeding from them (and wanting to sell the hatchlings).
I do not have any of mine chipped, I do not want to put them through it. As for the hatchlings I had this year - I gifted them to the TT and they became a new generation of TT rehomers. ![]() Tamie |

I think 10cm may be to do with thefact that before this size the torts are to small for the chip??? i dunno.or maybe its because before this size they wouldn't be breeding anyways? I dunno. I just dont like the fact the chips are so large.would be good if they could somehow make a more rep n chelonian friendly one
