stop tryin to stir up trouble and i suggest if you wish to slag a shop off u do it via the pm system, as if the shop decided to take action it would be the forum as well as the posters who would be liable.

1. i'd never recommend anyone to coast to coast to buy a tortoise..ukcb from breeders all the way.
2. a middle temperature of 30-32c is too high for ur tortoises whichever way u dice it, and that is all isaid in regards to ur table. 3. the tortoises were not being fed fruit and veg when i've been there on several occasions, so if they have done in the past..fair enough 4.last time i went in there weren't 4 adult redfoots in a tiny enclosure..there was one, per larger enclosure than ur average. 5.i've not slated people for using thermostats, if the ambient room temperature is not sufficient by all means use them..my heatin system is on at thermostat so that if it becomes to cold it will kick on. I never slagged anyone off for using thermostats. I said the temps in your table were wrong which they are, and this is where all this vindictiveness from your side started from. 6.Yes Coast To Coast should be setting a good example, which is why i believe i was asked for permission to use my weed guide in conjuction withj care sheets etc which will be made available. 7. i'm not saying they're perfect..nowhere is. and as a rule i HATE Pet shops in regards to torts. but i do feel coast to coast are making big steps forward to improve the care of tortoises. and for that i respect them

Ok..sulcata2big It seems that the only reason you posted in here today was to try to have a dig at Katiexx and the shop you mentioned. If you're going to do that then find some other forum to do it because it's not welcome here.
If you go to most reptile and pet shops they keep their torts in vivariums. Because it's the standard. It is as most people say not the healthy way, but from a shops point of view it's the cheapest, and if the torts aren't going to be there for too long what long term affect will it have on the tortoises? This doesn't mean i support such actions, but it is the way! There isnt a shop that doesn't have its major flaws.

he's trying to cause an argument as I said coast to coast was a good shop..note not once in my posts did i say for tortoises..but for snakes and lizards i must admit they're fantastic.
