Default lucky reptile bulbs

Can you give me a clear List of what to buy for these.

what bulb is best for a 7ft by 3ft table

what lamp holder etc.

You would need a ballast basic or electronic, you would need a "hanging" thermo socket PRO lampholder and a large reflector set. The bulb can be 50w or 70W, in jungle or desert (different outputs). If its 7 x 3 I would be inclined to say go for the highest wattage and then if it gets too hot under the lamp you can raise it up higher.

Thank you for your time and perhaps when i'm more knoweldagble ill consider these bulbs but at the moment i will just use a T-rex Bulb.
