Default feeding map turtle daphnia

any reasons i shouldnt feed my map turtle daphnia? i'm sure its fine but have never fed her daphnia before so thought i'd just double check incase someone knows something i dont.

I would say it would be fine to do - providing they aren't too small for the turt to see. It makes it pretty pointless if that is the case.

Also, if it were me, personally i'd rather get a net and pour the water containing the Daphnia through it, filtering out the Daphnia from the water - just in case the water is polluted or etc.

Mine eat daphnia when they are out in the pond, they eat anything they can catch no matter how small, it won't do them any harm at all.
