Default Zoo med clamp lamp

i was just wondering has anyone purchased one of these before? What do you get? Can you just screw the bulb in and plug it in and its done or is there complications?

I have a couple of them and yes they're ready to use, just take it out of the box and fit the clamp to the lampshade, screw in a bulb and plug it in and you're away!

I always say enough to cover their shells if they want to dig in.

Should maybe mention that the Clamp Lamps are not the best for UVs, if that's what you were thinking of using it for? The white enamelled inside doesn't reflect UV very well so a lot is wasted, a polished metal surface is much better. The Clamp Lamps are great for ordinary reflector spotlamps though, or for Mercury Vapour lamps which are reflector bulbs anyway.

Depends what type of UV lamp you're using?
