No problem just curious and concerned for there welfare.

Often in these cases the holder of the animal become stressed at the thought of prosecution, but if this was a only a genuine error of self thought then the most that can happen is severly slapped wrists.

Not that this is an excuse to take these animals in the first place .

I hope they contact you and hand them over to a good rehoming organisation or keeper with knowledge of North African types

Just shout if you need help, Andy Highfield will identify the tortoises for you - let's hope the people with the tortoises see sense and get the tortoises into the hands of people experienced to deal with wc tortoises.

she has had it i think for quite a while - nearly a year - still trying - she hs gone back to uni and i don t have her mobile number you se... ill keep on trying
