Yes it would be great if some pet shop can take their torts out of vivs and place them in this type of set up as it is more secure. I understand why they can not use tables as the theiving local toerags would have a field day.

 ...tortoise_dude, I agree with you, that last pic is good, he staked his claim on that hot spot, and stayed there for some time basking...T.T.  PS. I'm just a doddery old tort keeper...what do I know!
