Default What are these?

I saw these fascinating turtles in a shop a few weeks back. They were basically the average looking turtle, only they had really long necks, maybe about the same length as their shell.

Does anyone know the name of the turtle i'm talking about?

Thanks.

If they had "really long" necks they are more likely to be snake necks than softies, the most common in the UK is the Indonesian Snake Neck Macrochelodina rugosa.

The Indonesian Snake Neck and the Northern Snake Neck are both Macrochelodina rugosa, same animal, different common names.
