OK so they're
mating, not actually breeding, or even laying eggs yet. I thought that was probably what you meant!
If she lays eggs your choices are pretty obvious, you either incubate them or destroy them, depending on whether you want to breed baby YBS or not.
A third option would be to pass the eggs on to someone who wants to incubate them, but the chances of them being viable after being handled and transported may be slim.
If you don't want them to mate then your only option is to separate them, but that might not stop the female laying eggs. Female turts, just like chickens, can still lay eggs without having mated, but the eggs will obviously be infertile so in this case you needn't worry about them hatching, just remove them and throw them away.
