my terrapins have been breeding what is the best thing to do

What do you mean by "breeding", do you mean they have mated? Or have they actually laid eggs?

Do you want them to breed?

If they lay eggs. You can freeze them if you don't want them...

If you don't want them to breed then separate.

How old are youre turtles have you actually seen turtley penertration or are they just courting doing the jiggly claws bit?

I would always try and promote captive breeding of any thing ,only if the market for the sale was so hopless would I encourage egg neglect.

what if the person can't look after the hatchlings. I wouldn't want them to suffer.
