Do you have a Leopard as well as the Hermann then?

getting aleopard hopefully, well ive reserved one was going to get it next week but waiting fior reply to get it at the weekend

and b4 u say they will be separate as i no u cant keep 2gether

my leo is on hemp, but another good substrate is a 70% topsoil / 30% playsand mix

The same as they have in the wild. Sand/soil and grass to graze on. Remember that when keeping different species seperately leopards and hermanns are so different that they need totally different environments and what suits one will not suit the other. Leos need much higher temps and much bigger accomodation, throughout the year.
Just thought I would mention it as I have lost count of the amount of keepers who have tried to keep Meds and Tropicals in the same environment etc

ok thanks for info was guna keep\seperate anyway,

got told the basking spo was same just need a bit higher nite time temp

They are from drier climates and have different diets too. You will need a shed when it gets bigger, with full heating and lighting throughout the winter as they cannot live indoors then. Heating bills will be horrendous so you will need to put money aside for that little extra too.
