Where do you get the " illegal.. HIGHLY illegal to buy or sell a turtle or tortoise that small " ??? Are you in the UK ?

As far as I know you could (if you so wished/papers in order if needed) sell a hatchling on the day it was hatched - there is no set time period or size required. Obviously most breeders would not sell at such a young age though.

She also never mentioned that her tort is 4... Her OTHER one is 4, and the guy she got it from has 4 year olds, but hers is a 2008 baby.
