I would take a poo sample to your vets to check for worms and protazoa. Most of these imports are full of worms.

Tortoises that have been wild caught have the most perfect growth, obviously! Captive bred tortoises tend not to have such uniform growth.

Sue (wizzasmum) has alot of experience of Leopards and having studied tortoises in their natural environment is really good at spotting an import!!

Before its decided on whether its an import where is it from, how long you had it do you know what the husbandry was with its previous owner.

In general Leopards are not good at smooth growth as yours seems to be as this is usually down to a correct diet (wild grasses, flowers and herbs) in captivity they are often fed and reared on either far to much food or the wrong type of food which often causes excessive growth of the carapace plates which is usually seen in captive reared animals
