All I can say is that's a very big and very mature turt for 18 months!

That hood on the tank is not good at all, it creates high humidity which can cause all sorts of problems, you need to take that off and have the tank completely open topped, and fill it up as high as you can without them being able to climb out.

If the water was clean then the higher temps might not be such a problem, but I'm willing to bet it's not clean, and if it's full of bacteria as I suspect then the temperature is encouraging their growth. What filter media do you have in the pond filter?

Probably the best thing you can do for now is to dry dock them, that is take them out of the tank and place them in a plastic tub or a dry tank with a spotlamp so their shells can dry out completely, the temp should be around 32-35°C. Don't put them back in the water until you've seen what the vet has to say tomorrow.

There is some excellent advice here on dealing with shell rot...ATP Medical - Shell Problems

Wow, I'm usually hopeless at guessing ages! I knew here was no way a turt could be that mature at 18 months though.

How warm is the room they will be in overnight?

You need to keep them warm overnight, if that means leaving the spotlamp on then do it, they'll still be able to sleep as they sleep during the day when they're basking.
Make sure they aren't too warm though, check the temp with a thermometer.
