No I didn't get that either?

I certainly don't know everything and it's great to have someone else around who knows more than I do, I've picked up quite a bit from Danny on SW.

Despite having kept turts for most of the past 25 years I admit my first hand knowledge of illnesses is not great, simply because mine have rarely been unwell!
Most of what I do know has been picked up from people like Danny, and from one or two very good turt websites.

Exactly.
I think thats exactly how it is. Shops are useless most of the time. The odd good one crops up, but like everything else, even when life is involved, its all about targets and sales.

Good to hear they're going to a specialist, most vets have so little experience with turts, usually they just give a vit shot because that's all they know.
