no they are flowers that have turned to seeds.Dandelion leaves are green leaves with jagged edges.I will see if I can find a pic for you.

Thank you because I don't want to find a weed thats going to be toxic to the tort.. Do they eat grass aswel?

When I did research on food it just advised vegs, but on here I have read all over the place by experienced keepers that weeds and plants are better :/ "confused"

100% weed diet no fruit or veg.

here's dandlions..

Dandelion seeds, plant your own food tortoise tortoises on eBay, also, Reptiles, Pet Supplies, Home Garden (end time 23-Feb-08 08:18:31 GMT)

Yea but those wont grow for a while lol, by the time those grow, my nana has a field just up the road that has THOUSANDS of them each year, we havent checked there yet so I might try it, what should I avoid because If I get some weeds and tey are wrong could it cause damage?

Ooo, thank you, I'll collect some different types of weeds tomorrow before work out in the garden "and the nabours LOL" and I'll take some pictures and see if I have found the right kind, he has a huge selection of veg there for tomorrow, he already nibbled at the cucumber so I'm guessing he should be fine until tomorrow at 4pm when I return from college
Or If I get any responses at 8am when I post some pictures, Ill give him the weeds then Im just a worried pet owner and don;t want to feed the wrong thing, Im learning fast about these amazing creatures though!!
