Default VERY sleept tort :(

Hi,
My tort has been VERY quiet/sleepy this week - the week started with a cold night, since i had no gas, but the house warmed up and my tort (Tommy) got more active. But today he hasnt got out of bed or woken up, nor even moved around under his hut. He's breathing and alive but no action - nothing has changed apart from my changing his feed from bags of salad and cabbage to 100% weeds. but that happened last week, and he took well to it.
so does this happen often? do they have really really sleepy days (he's normally up, basking, eating, roaming, and sleeping again). He's not even basking which worries me.
do i see how it goes and then maybe go to the vet, or go vet asap?
Also because of the sleeping all day i havent been able to bathe him which i will NEED to tomorrow, do I just wake him to do it?
Sorry for all the questions.

From Tommy's worried Mummy.

What species is Tommy? From my limited knowledge I'd say don't let him carry on sleeping... especially if he's sleeping under the basking lamp as he will dehydrate. I'd wake him up, bath him, then feed him in the morning. What are his basking and cool end temps?

BUMP those temps up to 30-32. He might be too cold so is lathargic.

Your basking temps need to be upped to 30-35 degs (86 to 95 degs), your cool end should be kept at about 20 degs (68 degs). Try waking him in the morning, bath him in lukewarm water then feed him. Overnight temp shouldn't really be below 10 degs (50 degs). I'm sure he buries himself down in the substrate overnight though to keep warm. He's probably just got too cold.
