Just chill out dude!

Carley that was a different tortoise !

Bathe the eye with a very very WEAK warm salt solution with something like strong kitchen roll that doesn't break up easily.Try not to wipe the eye just dab it and hold it on for a few seconds.

Don't worry Rand0mvidz, we all get a little paranoid when we get a new species. It's just natural and at least you care. Personally I'd just leave his eye alone for now but keep an eye on it. When you bath him he should 'bathe' it himself when he puts his head under the water... mine washes her face in the bath with her front legs.

I told her she had a dirty face one day and she should wash it... and she just did, but she prefers to use a sponge. Her towel rail is heated, is yours?

Cheers guys, you have both been a great help I'll keep an eye on it, if its still there in a few days or a week ill bath the eye, although I think if I bath it right now it might stress him out more because he's still getting used to the surroundings, he just ate in front of me and my mates and he hand fed
