wild garlic grows from a bulb. as a general rule of thumb, 99% of plants that grow from bulbs are toxic to torts. lillies, daffodils, crocus, all toxic to some extent. My aunts wood turtle ate a lily leaf and was off colour for 3 weeks but recovered well. Not really worth the risk though!

I am not 100% sure but I think the bulb thing only relates to flowers as I think veg like radish leaves and onion etc is o.k but please check this before feeding as with anything.

Humans can eat all parts of the wild Garlic plant so maybe tortoises can too?

Just make sure it is wild garlic as there are other plants that look similar !

I thought I'd read it was okay on a torts nutrition list somewhere actually... wild garlic doesn't grow from a bulb either does it?

Someone should write an illustrated book of edible tort weeds. But if you don't know the name of the weed, you have to go through every pictue
