Feed twice a day!!!?? is that just because she is underweight or is that what he said you should have been doing!?
If you feed her this much permanently i would of thought it would be overfeeding and her shell will pyramid!?
for reference i feed my babies very other day.

I have no experience of MBD so I can't make any comments about it.

I would have thought the 100w powersun was a bit too much for your needs myself, can your tort find a cool area? I prefer to use a 10.0 reptisun or reptiglo strip UV light for indoor tort tables, and have a spot light as a basking bulb, you can then change the height of it to get the right basking temp.

As for food I would be feeding weeds not the stuff you mention!! You should be able to find some weeds about, I have managed to find them all winter for my Leopards. If you can't find many then you could buy a bag of Crispy Florette in the supermarket and mix that with what weeds you can find.
