My tort has grown to love his cuttle fish bone and now he's eating it all the time!! could he eat too much of it (should i take it out after a while?)
I also put nutrobal on his food, so i wondered if he's havin too much calcium?

No you can never over dose on calcium
Why not offer him a bowl of limestone flour.

Its another form of calcium, i sprinkle on all my tortoises food every day.

as i said i give him nutrobal and his cuttle fish, is that enough vitamins etc for him? also as well as weeds and leaves and a bit of veg. ?

No veg weeds only.
My tortoise have nutrobla every day as well and limestone and cuttlefish.
