I think my tort could possibly out live me, its a scary thought but i think when i finally plop my clogs my son if he is still the only child i have will inherit him. He already loves the animals especially the tortoise

It's Harriet not Henrietta... my bad... The book I was taking about is... I believe... Darwins Tortoise... it's a kids book... I do have it and will keep looking.

Determine what???...What family members are sensible?...Who will inherit them?...Or were the torts will end up?...

your missing the point ed, the thread is about what you'd do with your torts not what your torts would think or feel...
