The shop is probably leased or rented, if so, you would just take over the lease or rent.
I thought of you actually Cat when I saw this, it would be quite ideal wouldn't it?

Who ever buys this shop will end up with a great investment.
I dont know brians turnover as this isnt my business to know but i can only imagine its a good one coz brians just had a 10Ct Diamond studded into his winky lol Jkin hehehe Nah seriously This shops great excellent layout even has a celler so you can kit that out if brian aint already and store your more exotic animals for people to see / buy.

Iv had loads of replys and loads of people coming to see the shop over the week end
But like I say at the start this is NOT A SALE FOR THE MONEY The business is basically free you are buying live animals and stock at trade price every thing in the shop that has been used is free good will free Webb address free email address free 2 week handover if required is free So can you all must be 30 people please stop asking how much is the business why I have done it like this is IT IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY it's about the reptiles and the reptile trade as a whole. Just because you may have some money dont mean you can have it I would like our shop to go to someone with a pasion for reptiles it's not about buying a great shop and turning it into a hell hole for reptiles it's about buying a great shop and keeping it great so money is not the isue here. This shop has been good to us but my time here is now comming to an end I need a break from the rat race that is all........ I do hope you understand...........

it sounds like you have a big fan base brian, and i can fully understand you need a break, but you are still very passionate about it, have you thought of being a silent "owner" get someone in to run the rat race whilst you take a break and look after you for a change.
what ever you decide, goodluck you sound like an ace bloke.
