Me and my partner have a reptile shop.
And are thinking about selling it but this is how it goes The shop is doing great no worries there
History over the last few years iv had a lot going on in my life IE with a sticky divorce a boy who had cancer( just on monthly check up's now ) And we have moved homes twice So I am now looking for a long break from the rat race

The cost is what I would charge for the contents is what it cost me at trade price now that is fair @ the moment live animals and dry goods stands@ 6/7k But this will come down as time goes A full stock take would be carried out with new owner pressent..with trade price lists

My view is I can close this shop and sell all dry goods on the nett and live animals on the forum all at cost so I wouldn't lose out who would lose out are the customer base that we have built up over the years so if I sell like this the buyer is on to a winner quicker out for me and the customers still can get a quality service
I'm not going to talk about money over the forum as it is private that has to be done in person that would show me you are genuinely interested not just been nosy ( sorry about this )

i've been in Brians shop and i have to say...

The quality of his stock is second to none and the condition in what he keeps his reptiles is beyond the call of a reptile keeper. The care and attention in how he looks after them is again second to none.

When i was in one day the amount of customers who came in to buy wether it be dry goods, vivariums or livestock the service they received was astonishing. You go into most reptile shops and all they care about is to get the oh so important sale from you to part with money. Brian how ever is a more laid back person who will try and deter anyone from a sale if he feels they are rushing into it or think it could be a mistake for them thus saving the customer the downfall of getting something they dont really want / need.

This is a great opportunity for anyone to take on as a business as its already established so the hard work is done. The initial outlay is nothing compared to what your getting in return for it.

I've spoken to brian many times about him selling up etc and now fully understand why he needs to do this. This man deserves what he can get as he is the most deserving person for it.

So come on people grab yourself a shop and a GREAT friend to boot

Si that has to be decided m8 the thing is iv worked 6 days a week for 5 years and I need a rest I personally feel drained even on my so called day off I'm still working I get people ringing me up at night wanting to know something.

The reason not a lot of people know I have a shop is when on forums it can drag in to petty arguments and I not really in to that unless some one is harming there reptile and the people that do know me thank you for not saying about the shop. I have bought off people on forum and they know me and will all say I'm honest and I have sold from the shop but never sold on the forum... I have my own views on that..
