The address of the new shop is Cardiff Reptile Centre 173, Cowbridge Road West, Ely, Cardiff, CF5 5TB. Tel: 02920 564 435 It's on the main road (A4 coming from culverhouse cross going into Cardiff centre about 50 metres from Ely Police station. Right outside the shop is a speed camera on your right. Just turn into the car park.

If you are coming from town way on the (A4 go past Ely fire station on your left through the next set of traffic lights about 100 metres on your left just pull into car park can't miss it.

There are over 50 vivs in the shop one of them is huge 12'x12'x12'with water falls and a ponds in it still got some work to do to finish I am sure it wouldn't be a wasted journey and well worth a visit!

Do you still have your snakes on bare concrete? And still no water bowls in most of the tanks? And still have hatchling royals without hides or substrate?

To be honest I wasnt impressed with this shop when I visited. I'm not bad mouthing you, as I do not know you personally, Im just hoping you've made some improvements as some of the conditions were appalling when I visited a couple of weeks ago. Tegus with MBD, no UVB in any of the diurnal lizards' vivs, no substrate, albino burms with terrible abrasions from being kept in cramped, concrete enclosures!

Also, I believe the gentlemen working in your shop has been convicted of illegally importing/selling reptiles more than once. Anyone who lives in Cardiff will know who he is as he used to own "Reptile R Us".

Lets hope you've got things sorted now and that the wellbeing of the animals in your shop is paramount above making a quick dollar.

Just thought Id warn people of the store, and hopefully inspire you Leanne to make improvements, if you havent already.

Also, I dont want to post the pictures Iv taken of some of the conditions you were keeping reps in, especially the royals, but if I hear you havent improved I will post them on this forum without hesitation! I think most of the members will be shocked tbh!!
