basically they are weed,flower seeds that are suitable and recommended for a healthy tortoise diet.

Rather than using store bought stuff which has no nutritional value n some of which is dangerous (ie spinach,brocolli) or the tortoise pellets u find in shops which are to high in protein and can cause shell deformities.
