Unfortunately their high pricing means that the reps they have have been there for a LONG time. Reps that I saw 6 months ago are still there. IMHO it would be better to lower the prices and get reps sold to good loving homes where they can be looked after properly. It must cost them a fortune to feed an animal for that long anyway?
I did make an offer on the BTS with mites, but they would rather hang on for the money than sell it cheaper to someone prepared to care for the animal and get rid of the mites.

yeah but too be honest if you want it enough you'll pay. and also i would personally think it is better to not sell an animal if it has a problem. your just passing on the problem if you sell it. which is what should happen with all shops.

Hmmm, I'm sure that if I did not know any better and had gone in there and expressed interest then it would have been sold to be with no mention of mites.
I did not particularly want that BTS I just felt so sorry for it that it had been there for 3 months with mites. I was not looking to get a cheap reptile, I was prepared to pay the going rate for a juvenile BTS which is between £95 - £125, not £200!
TBH with hindsight I'm glad I didn't buy it as it would have just been replaced with some other poor animal. I do not visit this shop or buy anything from there now.
