There is a mixed reaction on prices for these, normally babies can be priced anywhere from 75-150.00 depending on where you go, but i have seen them for sale as adults for as little as 100 on the classifieds.

I would recommend getting a mate for your one in the future as they are a joy to work with.

I have 1.1 PRB
Hoping to breed next year, what sort of wieght would you say breeding female is? Thanks
Didnt read the care sheet, probably will now.

i would wait till your paraguayan's are least three before you attempt breeding trials.

It's a bit hard to say what weight a paraguayan should be, i believe that if it over three and is chunky and has had no problems feding and shedding then to give it a go and see if they mate.

Well the female will be 3, early 2008. Male will be 2. Myself, i dont think it matters on how old the male is, atleast 2 i would say, but i have never bred snakes before so.
The female will be 3 early 08, and she is an ok size at the moment so will decide later on this year.

Rainbow boas are a good first choice if you are looking to getting into boas as they do not grow that big, brazilians are nice but colombains may be better for beginners as they are a bit more of a harder species than the brazilians.
I have changed the typo for you.

I have never had a problem keeping my rainbows together, i agree that some snakes should be not be housed together like king snakes and milksnakes but like i said i have housed rainbows together for years now and have never experinced a problem.

Thanks Trice for chaning my spelling error.
