If thats how they treat what they know is a live animal package, you can just imagine and cringe at how a courier would treat a package that was sent illegally with them having no idea what is actually in the package. It scares me how many people are taking the risk these days, and how many are doing it bacause they don't actually know that the sender is sending it that way, many newbies just assume when a seller says that they can courier that it is being done proparly for the animal and legally with a live animal account and courier.....sadly not always the case.

nope in fact there are several other than TNT ( with much better service and animal care) , biggest problem is long distance. some couriers can only do scotland as their insurance doesn't cover handing over to a 3rd party courier once in england or wales.

The TNT driver who has delivered to me fairly regularly was great he always waited until I had unpacked the snake and checked it but he has unfortunately left recently. Before he finished he brought the new driver round with him and told him all about my snakes so hopefully this one will be careful too.
