Due to having a new baby due etc, I am CONSIDERING selling the following, but I would like to know what you guys think I would get for them.
1.1 100% Piebald Royals - no paperwork but have het markers, cost £1k as hatchlings from Adam Harris. 0.1 early 07 Pastel Royal -Lovely yellow 0.1 07 non genetic FULL stripe Royal (unbroken) 1.1 07 100% Het Kahl Albino Boas, growing really fast! No paperwork but they ARE 100% Hets!! I have a feeling that I will just be offered silly money, in which case it isnt worth selling. Just going through that 'I'm going to be a dad, do i sell up and concentrate on the family, or keep the collection and keep adding to it' Phase. Its difficult as I can either sell up (but dont REALLY want to) or keep going, but keeping going means more financial investment and adding more to the collection. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..... Anyone else been in this situation? I'll shut up now!! Sorry!! Gary

I guess the reasons for selling are either financial or room. I have 2 kids age 4 and 3. I have just built my collection back up and my kids love the snakes. The esp. like the 6 ft rat snake as its docile. It's also a great way of teaching them the truth about snakes and not what other say about them. If you have the room and enough money I would say keep your snakes

At a guess:
Het pied pair £850 Female pastel £4-600 depending on size/quality Non genetic stripe female £60-90 again weight dependant Boas no idea. Personally i'd keep them because now people are gonna start waiting for 08 prices which will be cheaper and well you're already on the way with these projects so i'd see em through. Rach

are the 100% piebald hets or visuals? keep the family, keep the collection (if you have the room) but reduce the temptation to add to the collection (of both children & reptiles) for the time being ![]() |

![]() I am surprised at how low the prices are that you put Rach! The hets cost me 1k as hatchlings, the strip was £150 as hatchling :P Think i'm gonna have to keep them all !!
