the dad is hypo 100% dh so when he is put to a none het female that makes the offspring 50% poss het for the normal looking ones & 50% poss double het sunglow for the hypos hope this helps.

So the dad was a Hypo 100% het Albino and mum was normal?

If so the normal looking babies are 50% poss het albino (not het sunglow) and the hypo babies are hypo 50% poss het albino (which makes them 50% poss het sunglow)

I understand genetics but i couldnt understand your post

Are they poss het Kahl or sharp?

ok lets try and explain as i understand it 100% het to normal makes 50% hets, but if the 100% het is hypo the resulting offspring which are born hypo will have a 50% chance of being het albino in other words 50% dh so if you prove them out dh to dh you should get normals, normals het albino, albinos, hypos, hypos dh & sunglows. they are kahl.

Yes i understand all that. I was just trying to word it a bit better for people that dont understand genetics quite as well. The hypos are a decent price too
