I have several packs of reuseable ice packs or heat packs that you can heat over and over again in the microwave. These are ideal if you need to take your reps to the vets etc. These are free to anyone who wants to collect in Bolton.

They are gel type packs and only take 3mins approx in the microwave and I use them personally!
