08 male royal for sale / swap
I have an 11/ 12 week old male royal for sale/swop.
He has some lovely bright markings.  He is a fantastic feeder and strikes every time on f/t mice, he has a very good appetite. The reason i want to get rid of him is that i can't handle himas i have no confidence, he is quite nervous. He tried to strike at me when i first got him but hasn't since although he is quite skittish around me but fine with my father in law an ok with my OH. He can go with a small faunarium and heat mat but will need to keep the stat. Would prefer offers but may swap for female corn/s. Last edited by sleepylizard; 11-07-2008 at 10:11 PM.

are you not willing to try for a bit longer, he is probably skittish because you are nervous, you just need to try and relax around him.
if you insist on selling him, have you got any pics? and how much were you wantling?

OH just taking some pics of him now and will weigh him.
He has never missed a feed from hatchling/ first shed. I'm in Essex, 5 mins from J30 M25. I just don't think i can get over my fear/ anxiety, i am defintiely a lizard girl. OH wanted royals but i'm just not happy. As to price i have no idea what going rate is. I paid £60 for him plus extra for his mat and box so offers i suppose.

Photo added. He still has a tiny bit of shed left on his head.
Have given him a bath today so should be off tomorrow, i'm certainly not brave enough to try and remove it.

he's gorge-really wish we could take him (im retri's OH by the way!) bug him and he may agree! ive already brought 5 royals home recently so I have no say

He was certainly the best patterened, brighteset and biggest of the clutch. He was the only one that hadn't refused a feed too. Unfortunately i just don't have the confidence to bring him around. I know he'll settle with someone more confident than me.
