buyers (and seller) should be aware this species appears on the european protected speices list. Sorry for the unrelated post mods but this is important.

Coluber Jugularis appears on the ammended EPS.

technically yes, problem is most people won't be able to definitavely proove thats the case. They demand proof, not just your word.

Well they can not do anything without proof that i haven't had the snake since before the amendment , otherwise where would anyone stand they are welcome to try and prosecute me but i have had the animal for 6 years with NO proof .
